What's included

The full DVSA inspection for the relevant class: brakes, lights, structural integrity, exhaust emissions, suspension, steering, tyres, body and underbody. We use the same workshop bays and the same testers for commercial work as we do for cars — there's no second tier.

We work with sole traders, taxi and private-hire drivers, fleet operators and businesses running light commercials. Over twenty years of doing it the same way: honest assessment, fair prices, no surprises on collection.

FAQ

Common questions

Which class is my vehicle?

Class 4 covers most cars, taxis and small vans up to 3,000kg. Class 7 is the same kind of vehicle but heavier, between 3,000kg and 3,500kg. Class 5 is for minibuses and PSVs with 13 or more passenger seats. If you're not sure, ring us and read out your V5C — we'll tell you in seconds.

How long does a commercial MOT take?

Class 4 and Class 7: roughly the same as a car MOT — around an hour. Class 5 is more involved and depends on the vehicle. We'll give you a clear estimate when you book.

Can you fit a fleet around our schedule?

Yes. We work with several local operators and we're happy to schedule MOTs and safety inspections around your run. Talk to us about your fleet and we'll find a rhythm that works.
